1. What are the candles made of?

Our candles are made with soy wax and special blends that include coconut wax, sunflower wax, beeswax, and apricot wax. These waxes provide a better texture, finish, and burn quality. Additionally, our fragrances are high-quality, phthalate-free, and comply with California Prop 65 safety standards, making them non-toxic and safe for health.

3. Why doesn’t my candle smell when lit?

Our candles are primarily designed as decorative pieces with an excellent cold throw. They can be lit for a warm ambiance, but due to their sculptural and irregular shapes, they do not create a large enough wax pool to release a strong fragrance when burned. 4. How should I light and care for my candle?

For best performance:

  • Trim the wick to 5mm before each use.
  • Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Do not burn for more than 2 hours at a time.
  • Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.

Yes, we ship nationwide. Since our candles are handcrafted and made to order, we need approximately 3 days to prepare them before shipping. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer, but we always work to ensure your orders arrive on time.

Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to prevent them from deforming or losing their fragrance.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or lit candles. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will find a solution.
